NEOHAEMODES (NEOHAEMODESUM) PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTY Mechanism of function of Neohaemodes is determined by possibility of low-molecular polyvinylpyrolidone to bind toxic substances circulating in blood. As consequence of increasing glomerular filtration and of nephritic blood flow medicament strengthens diuresis. INDICATION TO ADMINISTRATION Toxic forms of lancinating gastroenteric diseases (salmonellosis, bloody flux etc.), intoxication of different nature (cancer, radial, after-surgery etc.), burn disease, peritonitis, sepsis, diseases of liver, toxicosis of pregnant, toxic pneumonia, thyrotoxicosis. Hemolytic disease of newborn infants. Different kinds of intoxication. ROUT Intravenously dropwise through system with filter with speed 20-40 drops per 1 minute single time or to 3 times per 24 hours. Maximum dose for adults is 400 ml. For infants - 5-10 ml/kg (maximum single doze 70 ml), children of 2-5 years old 100 ml, 6-9 years old 150 ml, 10-15 years old 200 ìë. Course of treatment 1-10 days depending on level of intoxication. SIDE EFFECT In the process of quick infusion of the preparation arterial hypertension, tachycardia, bronchial spasm may be observed. CONTRAINDICATION Expressed cardiac decompensation, celebral hemorrhage, spasmotic astma, acute and chronic nephros diseases, acute allergic state. CORRELATION WITH OTHER PHARMARMACEUTICALS Not found. OVERDOSAGE Preparation is low-toxic. At overdosage hyperhydration is observed. During hypertension infusion of preparation should be canceled, ephedrine and cardial preparations should be injected subdermaly, calcium-chloride or calcium-gluconate, polyglucin, hypertensive preparations (if necessary). SPECIFICS OF ADMINISTRATION Solution should be warmed up to +35 -37‘ before injection. STORAGE CONDITIONS Keep at 0 to +20‘. At transportation freezing is admitted. |
