Today the collective of the plant numbers over 150 persons, one third of whom has high pharmaceutical education and most have specialised pharmaceutical secondary education. All of them have practical experience.

For all personnel taking part in the technological process we have worked out multi-level training program with periodical tests of knowledge. Every employee just accepted goes through training in accordance with his responsibilities. Purpose of this training is developing spirit of responsibility by every member of the personnel because qualified staff is the main element of the quality guarantee system. Head of the quality control department is responsible for organizing process of training.

We have also worked out the schedule of training basing of specialized training programs, which include theory and practice of GMP. Training programs include the following directions:

1. Main rules and principles of GMP.
2. Personal and production hygiene and using protecting clothes.
3. Labour safety and safety engineering.

We keep special journals on training and individual cards with information about training and results of tests. In addition we have worked out written methodises on: changing clothes while entering and leaving clean rooms, behaviour of staff inside the clean rooms, movement of the raw materials, packing materials and of ready products.
